Q. What is the purpose of the US 460 Property
Relocation web site?
A.An
unavoidable consequence of a modern highway system is the displacement of
a small percentage of people for the greater good of the community. The
goal of the US 460 Property Relocation web site is to aid in the relocation
process by providing a new medium of communication for the public, Transportation
Cabinet Officials, and local Right-of-Way agents. From this site, you can
find a general description of properties that need to be relocated, and
enter a property for sale that matches the general description. If you have
a property for sale that does not match a listed property, you may enter
that property by selecting "Recommend Property" from the menu.
Q. I have a property to sell in the area of the relocation.
What do I do?
A. Select the "Recommend Property" button
and enter information about your property. Enter the information requested
and click the "Submit this Property" button.
Q. What happens when I recommend my property?
A. Your property recommendation will be sent to the
Right-of-Way agent for the project. If a displaced property owner is interest
in the property, your information, name, and phone number will be given
to the property owner and they will contact you.
Q. I have sold my property and it is no longer for sale.
How do I remove it from consideration?
A. Functionality is being added that will allow you
to edit and change properties you have entered. Check back soon for more
features.
Q. I have more questions. Who do I contact?
A. If you have questions about the function of the
web site, or are not able to log in or enter properties, contact support@us460online.com.
